How soon will I get the photos?

Within 24–48 hours of the shoot, edited and sized for the MLS.

How should the home be prepared?

Turn on every light, open blinds, clear counters, hide personal items and trash cans, and move cars out of the driveway. A tidy home photographs faster and better.

Do you shoot rentals and Airbnbs?

Yes. Short-term rental hosts get the same packages, priced by square footage.

Is drone photography available?

Not yet. Aerials will be added once FAA Part 107 certification is complete.

How do I pay?

Payment details are confirmed when your shoot is scheduled.
